I’m Ben Dolenc.
An award-winning director, DP and Filmmaker
I create work that for partners that want their stories to feel real, different and alive.
I’m the founder of Bowsprit Company, a small production company that specializes in digging deep and creating immersive narratives. Our goal is to lay bare the fabric of our partners, bringing their values to light, emphasizing what sets them apart, and deepening their resonance. We focus on building relationships, strengthening them, and making them lasting to drive long-term growth.
I’ve worked for some great brands, agencies, and networks throughout my career – Toyota, Oura Ring, Red Bull, Geffen Records, and Linkedin. I have developed series for networks and consulted for media houses and tech companies. I also moonlight as a boat captain and used to be a professional athlete.
I believe great work comes from an exciting mix of dreaming, trusting your gut, keeping the camera rolling, collective courage, early mornings and late nights. The moments that mater live in the inbetweens, it is our super power to capture, take care and honor those moments through the process.
